Our Designer
Our resident Designer, Jess, brings a unique perspective to residential design. With a background in Architectural Technologies from SAIT, Jess has honed her skills in creative thinking and efficient design to bring a client’s vision to life. As the Design Technologist, Jess is responsible for every aspect of the design process, from conceptual ideas to the management of construction progress, and ensuring building code and bylaw compliance throughout.
Jess’s passion for the great outdoors and the Kootenay lifestyle shines through in her designs. She is inspired by natural light, organic materials, and energy efficiency, creating spaces that are both beautiful and sustainable. Jess views floor plans and layouts as a personalized puzzle, tailored to each client’s individual needs, lifestyle, and interests. She takes great care to design homes that fit in
